دراسة جوارماني للعرب المترحلين فترة طويلة، مكنته من تعرف القبائل البدوية علي نحو يضارع معرفة دوتي لتلك القبائل، تجواله المتكرر في شمال نجد أعطاه فكرة افضل عن افكار من سبقوه، فيما يتعلق بجغرافية المكان، كان جوارماني لا من حيث انه كان اول من جعل رسم الخرائط العلمية لوسط الجزيرة العربية أمراً مُمكناً، بل لأن الرجل قدم ايضاً لرسامي الخرائط اشياء أكثر ممن جاءوا بعده اللهم باستثناء هوبر.
