يمكن إعتباره موضوعا عاما شاملا موجها لأى قارئ متلق للعلم والمرعفة كما يمكن اعتباره ابضا موضوعا خاصا موجه إلى نخبة من القراء ذوي الخبرة والاختصاص، فهو عمل علمي معرفي يدعو كل من يرغب في التطلع إليه إلى الخروج من ذاتيته، والاستعداد الجيد والجى له نظر لما يتوفر عليه من معرفة علمية معمقة. ومنهجية دقيقة تقتضى منكل دارس لها ان يكون حاضر الذهن الفكر. وهذه الدراسة قد جمعت كثيرا من العناصر المتباعدة والختلفة والمتضاربة في بعض الاحيان وشكلت في عمومها من خلال هذا التنوع والاختلاف موضوعا موحدا واصبح كل عنصر فيه هو إثراء ونماء لا عنصر تشتت واختلاف ومن ذلك استطاع الباحث ان يعجعل من تلك المفاهيم التى تبدو قديمة، معاصرة تعيش حداثتها، وتندمج في واقعها حتى اصبحنا نحس كأن صاحبها عاش معنا وفي واقعنا وتلك هى الافكار الفلسفية الحقة التى لا تموت بموت صاحبها ولعل هذا هو الذي يدل في الاهتمامات العالمية المعاصرة بشخصية إبن عربي والتى تدخل هذه الدراسة في هذا الاطار، وذلك لكي لا تبقى الدراسات عليه حكرا على الغير وخصوصا الغربيين المعاصرين ويأتى لنا استنباط نظرية للمعرفة من خلال الجمع بين عقل الفيلسوف وعقل الصوفي ابن عربي.
