هذا الكتاب يتضمن ما يأتي : شرح تفصيلي لكل مادة على حده من مواد قانون الجمارك رقم 66 لسنة 1963 المعدل بالقانون رقم 175 لسنة 1998 والقانون رقم 160 لسنة 2000 وتطبيقات الدوائر الجنائية والمدنية لمحكمة النقض المصرية والمحكمة الإدارية العليا والدستورية العليا والقيود والأوصاف الجنائية وتعليمات النيابات والكتب الدورية والمشكلات العملية وذلك فيما يلي: أولاً : شرح تفصيلي لكل مادة على حده من مواد القانون رقم 66 لسنة 1963 بشأن الجمارك المعدل بالقانون رقم 175 لسنة 1998 والقانون رقم 160 لسنة 2000 ومشكلاتها العملية وأحدث تطبيقات الدوائر الجنائية والمدنية لمحكمة النقض المصرية والمحكمة الإدارية العليا والمحكمة الدستورية العليا . ثانياً : أهم القيود والأوصاف الجنائية المُعدّلة المتعلقة بجرائم التهريب الجمركي ومواد التعليمات العامة للنيابات والكتب الدورية الصادرة من مكتب النائب العام بشأن جرائم الجمارك ومشكلاتها العملية المختلفة والملاحظات القضائية . ثالثاً : الأصول التشريعية لمواد قانون الجمارك رقم 66 لسنة 1963 المُعدّل بالقانون 175 لسنة 1998 والقانون 160 لسنة 2000 والقوانين المكملة له .
