كل هذا يجلبه رينيه حبشي لأنه امتلك ما مكنه أن يتخطى حدود الحاضر واصلاً بينه وبين الماضي الذي يكمن في دخيلة الأحداث. "فالحقيقة اتصال والمرء لا يتعلق بها إن لم تستدع موافقته عليها ولكن ثمة ما هو فوق ذلك: فالحقيقة لا غنى لها عنا". ومن هنا كان أول ما سعى المؤلف للبحث عنه هو الحقيقة التي "لا غنى لها عنا". ثم لا يلبث المؤلف أن يقرر "إن كل حقيقة لتحدونا على التقصي والاستقراء وتثير عبقريتنا المبدعة الخلاقة".
إن رينيه حبشي قد رسم في هذا الكتاب صورة لما يمكن أن يكون عليه الإنسان الذي يمكن من كشف ما يقبع خلف وجوده وهو بهذا يؤصل لفلسفة حديثة تمت جذورها وتفتحت في الشرق الذي شهد ولادة الأشياء.
