Not that any war is a privilege, but that this particular war had been unusual in the way the people had conducted themselves in the face of tragedy. The Lebanese have so loved their land that they succeeded in showing the world a valuable lesson in endurance.
Although changed, the Lebanon of today strives to achieve its formal placing on the international arena; thus far it shines brilliantly.
