فى هذا المؤلف وهو صيغ العقود، تم صاغة العديد من العقود المختلفة والتى نص عليها فى القانون المدنى، وجاء هذا المؤلف بصياغة العقود المختلفة مثل (عقود الشركات- عقود الهبة- عقود التأمين- عقود القسمة- عقود الصلح- عقود المقايضة- عقود القرض- عقود الوديعة- عقود العارية) ولم تقتصر على تلك العقود، وإنما تعميماً للفائدة أضفنا النصوص القانونية التى تحكم كل عقد من هذه العقود، وكذا التطبيقات القضائية الخاصة بكل عقد من تلك العقود.
وندعو الله أن يكون هذا المؤلف قد أدى المطلوب منه، ويساعد فى كيفية كتابة صيغ تلك العقود، وكذا معرفة الأحكام القضائية التى تحكم كل عقد من هذه العقود ختى يمكن الوقوف عليها ومعرفتها، وكذا معرفة النصوص القانونية التى تحكمها. وأخيراً ندعو الله أن يكون فى هذا المؤلف السبيل الشافى لكل باحث.
