إنّ مستقبل العراق في قارب تتقاذفه أمواج بحر هائج...! فتبنّي الدستور الفيدرالي وممارسة الديمقراطية بأعلى صورها ستكون حبلاً لنجاة العراق ولكن، في المقابل، أنّ كل من يسعى إلى إنكار الميراث الثقيل من المآسي والآلام للشعب الكوردي وعدم معالجته سيساهم في إغراق هذه الدولة وفنائها إلى الأبد.
أما فيما يخص الكتاب فقد استرسل الكاتب الحديث عن حادثة الإبادة الجماعية وعن نظام صدام حسين، وقسم كتابه إلى ستة أجزاء جاءوا في العناوين التالية: الجزء الأول: نظام ضد الشعب؛ الجزء الثاني: إضطهاد الشيعة في العراق؛ الجزء الثالث: الإبادة العرقية للكورد؛ الرابع: حروب صدام حسين؛ الجزء الخامس: الشبكات القريبة من العراق، الجزء السادس: أي عدالة لصدام حسين.
وقد قام بترجمة هذا الكتاب من الفرنسية خسرو بوتاني عارضاً التاريخ السياسي لصدام حسين مركزاً على حادثة الإبادة العراقية للكورد.
