هذا ولم تخف على الدكتور الصيفي أهمية هذا الموضوع الفقهي الذي تحتاج معالجته إلي نفس طويل، فقد تناول كل المشاكل الخاصة به فأدخلها في إطار النظرية العامة للمساهمة الجنائية، بادئاً بالتفرقة بين الجرائم ذات التعدد الضروري للأشخاص والجرائم ذات التعدد العرضي للمساهمين. وبحس ذاتي عالج الدكتور الصيفي، بتأن، كل المشاكل العامة في النظرية المعددة للجريمة محل المساهمة الجنائية وصورها ودرجاتها، وطبيعة القواعد القانونية التي تنظمها، منتهجاً خطاً منطقياً دقيقاً. وانتقل بعد ذلك إلى التعريف بالتحريض وتحليله من الناحية الهيكلية، وتحديد صوره الممكنة، فضلاً عن عنصريه المعنوي والمادي اللذين منهما يتكون.
ولقد انصب انتاج الدكتور الصيفي على القانون المصري والإيطالي والفرنسي فوضعها جميعاً في الاعتبار، سواء من ناحية المعالجة العلمية، أم من ناحية تطبيقاتها المتطورة.
