لقد تصديت لموضوع النظام القانوني لاندماج الشرطات مدركا صعوبة ما انا مقدم عليه ودقة وتشعب البحث الذي سأتناوله، وإذا كان قانون الشركات المصري الجديد 159 لسنة 1981 بشأن شركات المساهمة وشركات التوصية بالاسهم والشركات ذات المسئولية المحدودة الذي ألغي القانون 244 لسنة 1960 المشار اليه آنفا قد تصدى لتنظيم عملية الاندماج في الباب الثالث (المواد من 130 - 135) كما تناولت لائحته التنفيذية الصادرة بالقرار الوزار رقم 96 لنة 1982 في الفصل الأول من الباب الثالث هه الموضوع (المواد من 288 - 298) فان الملاحظ ما فعل المشروع الفرنسي مما يثير كثيرا من الصعوبات والمشكلات التى رأينا التصدي لها بالبحث والتحليل لتقديم الحلول المناسبة، وفي شوء ما تقدم فقد قسمنا البحث إلى باب تمهيدي وثلاثة ابواب رئيسية وفقا للخطة التالية : باب تمهيدي: المفهوم القانوني للاندماج الباب الثاني : قواعد واجراءات الاندماج الباب الثال : آثار الاندماج.
