هذا الكتاب يبين أن الله تعالى خص حبيبه ونبيه محمد (صلى الله عليه وسلم) بموهبة البيان، حتى إنه ليرسل اللفظ القليل يحمل معاني كثيرة في بلاغة وإشراق أسلوب يشهد لهذا قوله -عليه الصلاه والسلام- عن نفسه: "أوتيت جوامع الكلم، واختصر لي الكلام اختصاراً" فيتناول الأمور العقدية، وأنواع العبادات، وألوان المعاملات بأسلوب مشرق، وألفاظ لطيفة عذبة، ومعنى رفيع، وتراكيب رائعة بارعة، ولا شك في هذا فهو نبي عربي، ومن خير العرب قبيلة، ومن أعلاهم نسباً، ومن أعظمهم بيتاً، وهو في الفصاحة مثالاً يحتذى بين قوم يقدسون البيان، كما كان مثالاً يحتذى في مكارم الأخلاق، ولقد تأدب بأدب القرآن، فكان المثل الأعلى، والعلم الفرد في هذه الحياة، وجاءت توجيهاته مصلحة لهذا الكون، مقومة لما طرأ عليه من فساد، وصدق الله العظيم القائل في حقه: "وعلمك ما لم تكن تعلم وكان فضل الله عليك عظيماً".
