La principal apport de l’ouvrage est une innovation financière, le certificat hypothécaire, susceptible de revitaliser les économies, non seulement des pays en dévelppement, mais aussi celles des pays développés, en accelerant considérablement leur croissance.
Riad OBÉGI est diplômé de l’Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris et titulaire d’un doctorat en économie de l’Université Lumière de Lyon. Il a dirigé plusieurs banques en Europe et au Moyen- Orient. Il en a acquis une longue pratique et une connaissance approfondie des activitiés de crédit dans les pays en voie de développement.
