تعودت أن أسخر من سلوكياتنا وعاداتنا، وجاءت فكرة هذا الكتاب من كثرة عيوبنا في الأكل والشرب والتعامل مع المرض وعلاجه، وجدت من كثرة تجاربي مع الأمراض وأمراض الأطفال والكبار أن في ايدينا كنز من الأعشاب والحبوب والخضار والفاكهة وأوراق الأشجار ما يغنينا تمامًا عن العلاج بدون الادوية الكيميائية، ورغم أني طبيب ولكني تأكدت تمامًا من فائدة العلاج بالاعشاب وكل ما هو طبيعي.. اكتشفت فوائده الكثيرة والغزيرة وبدون أضرار أو مضاعفات جانبية تذكر، لذلك قررت أن أسطر هذه السطور ولكن بطريقة حدوته جميلة تجذب قرائي لقرائتها، ونتقبل طرق العلاج بالأعشاب بطريقة صحيحة وعلمية وجمعت كل هذه الأساليب للعلاج لجميع أفراد الأسرة من الزوجة للزوج للأولاد والبنات لكبار السن وصغارهم، لعواجيزهم، وشبابهم وأطفالهم، للجلد والبشرة والشعر، ولعلاج السرطان بالقرآن والعلاج بماء زمزم.
