ليس كل من ذهب إلى أفغانستان إرهابياً ينفى من العالم، فمنهما أخطاء الإنسان فهي نفس بشرية تحتمل الخطاء والصواب ولها مكانتها في هذا العالم الذي يتسع للجميع وهذه حكمة الله تعالى، غير أن الإرهابي هو أمن يستمر على الخطاء بعد أن خلص إلى اليقين والمعرفة التامة.
فمن هؤلاء العائدون من أفغانستان إلى أوطانهم قد التزموا بقوانين البلاد الوضعية ليضعوا بصمتهم الفعالة والمفيدة بمجتمعاتهم، مستفيدين من أخطاءهم ومما اكتسبوه من خبرة عسكرية أو تكتيكية وغيرها في بناء وحماية أوطانهم.
فالحكومة الرشيدة هيا من تحتضن أبناءها من الإنجرار وراء أطماع ومخططات من أراد العداء وخراب الشعوب، ولا يرون لهؤلاء الشباب المغرر بهم بنظرة العيب كونهم أخطأوا في لحظة ضعف أو حاجة بل يمدون لهم أيديهم الرءوفة بالعون والشراكة من أراد السلام وسعى لتحقيقه.
احترم بعض الدول ومنهم الخليج الذين يحتوون أبناءهم ويحققون للفرد بالمجتمع حياة كريمة.
