في ستة مجلدات قام الأستاذ (السيد عبد الوهاب عرفه) بعمل موسوعة شاملة احتوت على الملكية العقارية فى ثلاث منها تناول الأول نظام السجل الشخصى والقانى العقد المدنى كأحد أسباب كسب الملاكية فى العقار.. والثالث فى رسوم الشهر العقارى ورسوم التسجيل. اما المجلد الرابع فتناول التوثيق بمكاتبه وفروعها التابعة لمصلحة الشهر العقارى وفقاً لأخر التعديلات ولائحته التنفيذية .. ليصل إلى المجلد الخامس وقد تناول الدعوى المدنية وإجراءاتها، واخيراً المجلد السادس فى السجل العينى والمشكلات التى واجهت تطبيقة فى مصر وكذلك نجد تعليقاً على إلغاء المحكمة الدستورية للمادنين 37 ،38 من قانون السجل العينى 142 لسنة 1964. والجدير بذكره أن الموسوعة تناولت موضوعاتها وفقاً لأخر التعديلات وفى ضوء الفقه وقضاء النقض.
