وفى هذه الدراسة اجتهد الباحثان فى استعراض تجارب الأمم فيما يتصل بتخطيط حملات الرياضة للجميع, وخاصة مايتصل بالجانب الإعلامى والترويحى منها, لإيماننا العميق بأهمية الرياضة للجميع, فهى الشكل المناسب للرياضة فى المجتمعات النامية التى تتطلع إلى التنمية البشرية بمفهومها الصحيح, ومن زاوية أخرى فإن النظرة المقارنة لمثل هذه الحملات فى الأمم التى سبقتنا ونجحت حملات الرياضة للجميع بها كفيلة باستخلاص عناصر النجاح ومقوماته, فضلا عن إلقاء الضوء على نقاط الضعف والمشكلات التى واجهتها تلك الحملات.
