والكتاب دعوة للخروج من قيد التبعية والتقليد البدائى لأدوات وسياسات النظم المعاصرة، التى ينطق العلم والتجربة بفشلها، لهذا ينصح الكتاب بتجاوز الحلول الجزئية إلى رؤية كليه من خارج النظم المعاصرة, إن علم المالية المعاصرة عجز أن يحل مشاكل الاقتصادة العام، بل كانت توصياته سبباً فى أشكال عديدة من الأزمات، من تضخم فى النفقات وتناقص فى الرفاهية وزيادة فى الأعباء، واقتراب المنصفون فى توصياتهم من المشروع المالى الإسلامى مصرفاً وإيراداً، وتبين الدراسة بوضوح كيف أن المشروع المالى الإسلامى يحقق درجوة رفيعة من التنمية، وتخصيصاً كفأ للموارد، وعدالة رائدة فى التوزيع، وأسلوباً كريماً للرعاية الاجتماعية، وضماناً أكيداً لحرية الإنسان وكرامته، كل ذلك فى أسلوب علمى متخصص اقتصاداً وفقهاً، معتمداً على المصادر والحقائق، بعيدأً عن الشعارات والعموميات.
