هذا الكتاب "عقد الزواج العرفي - أركانه وشروطه وأحكامه - جمعت فيه أحكام الزواج الشرعي الصحيح والزواج غير الصحيح (الفاسد والباطل) وصولا إلى حكم الشرع في الظاهرة الخطيرة التى سادت شباب جامعاتنا ومعاهدنا العليا بل والتى امتدت إلى طلبة وطالبات مدراسنا الثانوية التى ارتبط ذكورها باناقها بوابط جنسية تحت مسمى "الزواج العرفق" بزعم انه زواج شرعية ينقصه الأفراغ في وثيقة رسمية وهو ارتباط يتم في غيبة ولي الفتاة وفي غفلة من الهل ، وتحوطه السرية ولا يمت للزواج الشرعي بثمة صلة، ولا يعدو أن يكون زنى محرم شرعا.. يبشر بالفقر في الدنيا.. والعذاب الشديد في الآخرة.
