يقوم منهجنا في هذه الدراسة- بعون الله- على النهج القرآني: حسبما نفهمه من كتاب الله تعالى، في دراسة موضوعية لمواجهة الماديين في كل ما أثاروه من قضايا: في القرآن والدين والألوهية، والنبوات، والبعث والجزاء والقيم الإنسانية الرفيعة.
ومن هنا جاء هذا الكتاب على النحو التالي: الفصل الأول "نحو المنهج القرآني"، الفصل الثاني "الماديون في القرآن"، وهذا الفصلان يمثلان تمهيدًا ضروريًا لتلك الدراسة وبعدها جاء: الفصل الثالث "الماديون في مواجهة القرآن"، الفصل الرابع "الماديون في مواجهة الدين"، الفصل الخامس "الماديون في مواجهة الألوهية"، الفصل السادس "الماديون في مواجهة النبوات"، الفصل السابع "الماديون في مواجهة البعث والجزاء"، الفصل الثامن "الماديون في مواجهة القيم الإنسانية".
وقد رغبت في أن تصدر هذه الدراسة في أجزاء: الجزء الأول منها هو ما بين أيدينا ويشتمل على الفصول الأربعة الأولى.
