Book Description
The Shariah is the true assurance to preserve human rights, freedom and values and to prevent all forms of violation against their wealth, honor and life. It guarantees the foundation of shura fair and merciful system that leads to progress, power, productivity and golden lost civilization that humankind has longed for it centuries ago. The Shari‘ah saves humankind the afflictions of corruption and evil and grants them honor and dignity. It regulates human life and affairs, builds human relationship with Allah and defines social individual relationship and individual-society relationship.
The Islamic law prevails over the positive law in the sense that Allah made it, so it is free from defect, disorder and deficiency of manmade laws. The manmade laws can never get the precision, universality and perfection of Shari‘ah. Comparing the Shari‘ah to the law is thus similar to comparing the living natural man to a statue carved of stone.
