إن أهم سبب لهذا الإجتناب وعدم الإهتمام بالتيارات الجارية، هو الإخلاص الذي هو أساس مسلكنا؛ فالإخلاص هو الذي يمنعنا عن ذلك؛ لأن في زمن الغفلة هذا، ولاسيما بالنسبة إلى من يحمل أفكاراً موالية لجهة معينة، فإنه يحاول أن يجعل كل شئ أداة طيعة لمسلكه، بل يجعل حتى دينه وأعماله الأخروية وسائل لذلك المسلك الدنيوي، بينما الحقائق الإيمانية والخدمة النورية المقدسة تأبى أن تكون وسيلة لأي شئ في الكون، ولا يمكن أن تكون لها غاية إلا رضا الله سبحانه.
وفي الحقيقة إنه من الصعب الحفاظ على سير الإخلاص في خضم الصراعات المتنافرة للتيارات الحالية، ومن العسير الحيلولة دون جعل الدين وسيلة لمكاسب دنيوية؛ لذا فإن أفضل علاج لهذا، عو الإعتماد على العناية الإلهية، وتفويض الأمر إلى توفيق رب العالمين، بدلاً من الإعتماد على قوة التيارات السياسية.
