هذا هو التقرير النهائى لمرصد أداء وسائل افعلام أثناء الانتخابات البرلمانية فى مصر والتى جرت على ثلاث مراحل خلال الفترة من 9 نوفمبر – 7 ديسمبر 2005 وقد سبق أن قدمنا في إطار أنشطة المرصد تقريرين مرحليين صدر الأول منهما بتاريخ 8 نوفمبر 2005 أى نهاية الأسبوع الأول من الحملة الانتخابية أما التقرير الثانى فقد صدر بتاريخ 6 ديسمبر أى عشية جولة الإعادة في المرحلة الثالثة وقد أثار صدور التقارير المرحلية للمرصد الإعلامى إيجابية ظهرت في اهتمام وسائل الإعلام المحلية والدولية بعرض ومناقشة ما جاء فيها اتفاقا واختلافا . ويضم التقرير الموجود بين يدى القارئ بالاضافة الى قسم كبير من النتائج التى سبق تقديمها فى التقريرين المرحليين السابق صدورهما تعليمات اضافية على هذه النتائج كما يتضمن دراسة للاطار القانونى والسياسى الحاكم للاداء الاعلامى ويتضمن ايضا تحليلات إضافية للمادة التى تم جمعها وتبويبها أثناء فترة الدعاية الانتخابية .
