لاشك ان كسب المال وابتغاء الرزق من سائر وجوه الحلال للإنفاق منه والاتفاق به في شتى مناحي الحياة والمتنوعة امر تدعو إليه الشريعة الإسلامية وترغب فيه بل إنها تراه في بعض الأحيان واجبا حتميا يلتزم به كل مسلم وفاء فلما يتحمله من تبعات ومسئوليات وسبيلا إلى طاعة الله تعالى بعاية نفسه وحفظ بدنه. وهذا البحث في الاقتصاد الاسلامي توخيت في شرحه السهولة والايجاز وركزت فيها على إبراز محاسن الإسلام من خلال الدلة الشرعية الت تجير المضاربة الصحيحة في المال. وأدعو رب العالمين ان يكون هذا العمل خالصا لوجهه الكريم وان ينفع به الإسلام والمسلمين وطلاب العلم اجمعين. وقد قسمت هذا البحث إلى فصلين : الفصل الاول : التعريف بالاقتصاد الاسلامي وبيان خصائصه. الفصل الثاني: احكام شركة المضاربة في الفقه الاسلامي.
