عندما قدم إلى د . محمد أبو الخير ورقته البحثية عن " تجربته " فى الورشة الإبداعية للتنشئة الفنية فى المسرح أدركت أن المبادرات الشخصية مازالت هى الينبوع الذى يتواصل به الأمل المبادرات الشخصية مازالت هى الينبوع الذى يتواصل به الأمل فى أبناء مصر . ونحن فى أكاديمية الفنون نبادر بنشر أوراق هذه التجربة ليس لمجرد أن د . محمد أبو الخير أستاذ بالاكاديمية ، ولكن لأننا نصر على تقديم نموذج المبادرة التى يؤجج موضوعها حلما طاما تحديثا عنه وحتى يتحول الى نداء موجه الى الوزارات المعنية بهذه التنشئة فى إطار مشروع قومى أشمل تكون على رأسه وزارة التربية والتعليم عندما تصبح هذه الأوراق محلا للدراسة وإشارة النقاش . وإذا مابدا اللجوء هنا على عنوان يشير غلى " تجربة " د . محمد أبو الخير وكانة منحى شخصى فانه لكذلك فعلا لأن هذا هو ما أردناه لسلسة دفاتر الأكاديمية لتخرج الى النور كل ذاتية لمبدع ممن يسهمون فى الحركة النظرية للفن والمجتمع فالمقصود هو اختلاف زوايا الرؤية للموضوع الواحد لتطرح تنوعا من شانه أن يتيح الفرصة لدراسات لاحقة تنصب عليها ومن ثم يكون النشر هو أدتنا لإخضاع الجهود النظرية والبحثية لمناقشات الرأى العام الثقافى وأحكامه .
