إن القرآن الكريم يثير إشكالية لغة الخطاب كوسيلة لتبليغ الرسالة ومسألة إختلاف الألسنة وضرورة التعارف.
فالرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم عربي، لا أعجمي، والقرآن الكريم عربي مبين لقوم يعلمون ويعقلون، وهو يخاطب العرب بصفتهم أول متلقيه، لكن الرسول مبعوث إلى الناس كافة وأكثرهم لا يعلمون، فكيف يكون لهم به علم؟ الظاهر أن هناك حلين، لا ثالث لهما: إما الإلمام بالعربية وإما التعويل على الترجمة.
الخاطرة الأولى التي تخطر بالبال هي الإستفادة من تجربة الغير، لا سيما في نقل الكتاب المقدس إلى ما لا يعدّ ولا يحصى من لهجات ولغات العالم، لإيصال النص القرآني إلى المدارك غير العربية، لهذا، فإن هذا البحث يضع تلك التجربة في الميزان.
إن الترجمة تخرج القرآن الكريم بنقله هو والكتب التراثية العربية الإسلامية، وخاصة التفاسير ومدوّنات الحديث ذات الصلة، إلى دائرة التعدد اللغوي والثقافي وتخضعها جميعاً لمعايير وأحكام ناقدة فاحصة غريبة أو متحاملة عليها، مما يضع مسؤولية كبيرة على عاتق المترجم الفقيه، المفسّر بحكم طبيعة عمله، ليبين ويصحح ويردّ بالتحليل اللغوي والترجمي على الشبهات.
في إطار فقه الترجمة والترجمة الفقهية، محور هذا البحث، لأنه لا ينبغي تجاهلها، كما أن الترجمة التقليدية لا تفي بالغرض ولذا، غدا فقه الترجمة من فرائض هذا الزمان الذي يتجاوز نطاق الإستشراق بشيوع تعلم اللغات.
يطرح الكتاب المسألة من عدة نواح ويسوق أمثلة متعددة كمصداق لما يرمي إليه، وحسب حديث مرفوع متواتر، فإن القرآن الكريم نزل على سبعة أحرف، فما المقصود بذلك من منظور فقه الترجمة؟...
الدكتور محمد الديداوي مترجم وباحث أكاديمي مغربي، عمل مترجماً ومراجعاً ورئيساً في عدة مقارّ لمنظومة الأمم المتحدة وراكم خبرة مهنية تزيد على 30 سنة، قضى الشطر الأعظم منها كرئيس لقسم الترجمة العربية، دكتوراة في علم الترجمة ومؤلفات عديدة في الخزانة العربية تجمع بين النظرية والتطبيق في مضمار الترجميات والمصطلحيات، حائز على جائزة الشيخ محمد للترجمة، فئة الدراسات الترجمية والمعجم، عام 2017.
