Book Description
شاه عبد العزيزيعد خليفة أبيه ووارث علومه. وكان رحمه الله مطلعا على كتب الشيعة متبحرا فيها. وقد اختار لهذا الكتاب مع اسمه لقبا هو (نصيحة المؤمنين, وفضيحة الشياطين), وذكر غرضه من هذا التأليف فقال:
وقال: "هذه رسالة فى كشف حال الشيعة, وبيان أصول مذهبهم, ومآخذه, وطريق دعوتهم الآخرين إلى مذهبهم. وفى بيان أسلافهم, ورواة أخبارهم, وأحاديثهم, وبيان قليل من عقائدهم فى الإلهيات, والنبوات, والإمامة, والمعاد"
إن البلاد التى نحن بها ساكنون راج فيها مذهب الاثنى عشرية حتى قل بيت من أمصارهم لم يتمذهب بهذا المذهب. وأكثرهم جهلة فى علم التاريخ, غافلون عن أصولهم وما كان عليه أسلافهم الكرام". ثم قال: "وقد التزمت فى هذه الرسالة أن لا أنقل شيئا من حال مذهب الشيعة وبيان أصولهم والإلزامات الموجهة إليهم إلا من كتبهم الشهيرة المعتبرة, أو الموافقة لما فيها, لأحملهم على أن تكون الإلزامات التى يوردونها يزعمه على أهل السنة والجماعة مطابقة لما فى الكتب المعتبرة عند أهل السنة وموافقة لرواياتهم الصحيحة, وبذلك تنتفى عنا وعنهم تهمة التعصب"
