Book Description
إن كتاب "مختصر الطحاوي" ألَّفه الإمام أبو جعفر أحمد بن محمد بن سلامة الطَّحَاوي الفقيه الشهير والمحدث العظيم (ت 321)، في مذهب الإمام أبي حنيفة وأصحابه، وهو يُعَدُّ من أهم المتون المعتبرة والمعتمدة في المذهب وأقدمها، وقد جمع فيه خلاصة كُتُب ظاهر الرواية لمحمد بن الحسن الشيباني تلميذ أبي حنيفة رحمهم الله تعالى جميعاً.
يعتبر هذا الكتاب أقدم مختصرات الفقه الحنفي وأشملها، يحتوي على كثير من أمهات مسائل المذهب ورواياتها المعتبرة، وإن الإمام الطحاوي رحمه الله تعالى في تأليفه لهذا المختصر يمثل طوراً جديداً في المذهب، حيث ضمن معظم مسائل المذهب التي لا يسع جهلها ولا التخلف عنها، فحررها بين دفتي هذا المختصر مع بيان أقوال أئمة المذهب فيها.
ومشهور تسميته بــ "مختصر الطحاوي" وهو مركب من ثلاثة أشياء: أ-جمعة لما ثبت عن الإمام وصاحبيه، ب-سار في ترتيب أبوابه على طريقة خاله المزني الشافعي في مختصره المشهور بــ "مختصر المزني"، ج-جعل المتن على خمسين وثلاث مائة باب.
تنبيه: قرر جماعة كابن عابدين في حاشيته، ان "مختصر الطحاوي" معتمد في المذهب عند الحنفية، وكذا قرره بدر الدين العيني في "البناية" وجماعة.
