Book Description
مصنف هذا الكتاب هو العلامة الإمام محمود بن أحمد بن عبد العزيز بن عمر بن مازه ولد بمرغينان من بلاد ما وراء النهر سنة (551هـ). كان رضي الله عنه من كبار الأئمة، وأعيان فقهاء الأمة، إماماً ورعاً مجتهداً متواضعاً، عالماً كاملاً، عده ابن كمال باشا من المجتهدين في المسائل. أخذ العلم عن أبيه، وعن عمه الصدر الشهيد عمر وهما عن أبيهما عبد العزيز بن عمر بن مازه. توفي في بخارى سنة (616هـ) تاركاً العديد من المصنفات الفقهية منها كتابة "المحيط البرهاني في الفقه النعماني"، الذي يضم جملاً من الحوادث الحكمية والنوازل الشرعية على مذهب الإمام أبي حنيفة النعماني.
ويقول العلامة الإمام محمود بن مازه البخاري عن كتابه هذا: "جمعت مسائل "المبسوط"، و"الجامعين" و"السير"، و"الزيادات"، وألحقت بها مسائل "النوادر"، والفتاوى والواقعات، وضممت إليه من الفوائد التي استفدتها من والدي، والدقائق التي حفظتها من مشايخ زماني... وفصلت الكتاب تفصيلاً، وحللت المسائل تحليلاً، وأيدت بدلائل عوّل عليها المتقدمون واعتمد عليها المتأخرون، ووسمت الكتاب بالمحيط". وقد تمّ الاعتناء به حيث سارت عملية التحقيق على النحو التالي: وضع مقدمة تشتمل على مقدمة التحقيق وترجمة المؤلف، ونبذة تحدثت عن علم الفقه وهي مأخوذة في كتاب كشف الظنون لحاجي خليفة، أما الحواشي فضمت تعريفاً بمعظم الأعلام والكتب والمؤلفات الواردة في الكتاب، وشرح لبعض مصطلحات علم الفقه، كما وفيها تخريج للأحاديث النبوية وضبط لنصوص الحديث، وتخريج للآيات القرآنية الكريمة على المعجم المفهرس لألفاظ القرآن الكريم.
كتاب مهم في الفقه يعد من أجل الكتب الفقهية المؤلفة على مذهب الإمام الأعظم أبي حنيفة النعمان رحمه الله، حيث وضح الغريب من الألفاظ الواردة في كتاب "الفقه النعماني" كذلك. شرح المصطلحات الواردة اعتماداً على المعاجم اللغوية المعتبرة.
