أحمد عثمان، (8 يوليو 1907 - 13 نوفمبر 1970م )، نحات وكاتب وباحث في علم المصريات ولد بمحافظة أسوان. التحق بمدرسة الفنون والزخارف المصرية عام 1923م وبعد تخرجه عام 1927م عين مسجلاً للحفريات الاثرية في فلسطين، ثم سافر إلى إيطاليا في بعثة، وحصل على الدكتوراه في النحت.

تناولت هذه الدراسة الأبعاد الإقتصادية لمبدأ تداول الأموال وإعادة توزيعها بين طبقات المجتمع، وخصوصاً بين طبقة الأغنياء والفقراء، وجاءت فكرة الدراسة من قوله تعالى: ﴿ كَيْ لَا يَكُونَ دُولَةً بَيْنَ الْأَغْنِيَاءِ مِنْكُمْ ﴾... [سورة الحشر: آية 7].
وصنفت تلك الأبعاد في شكلين اثنين: الأول: الأبعاد الإقتصادية المباشرة لمبدأ التداول؛ حيث تم توضيحها من خلال التطرق للتوزيع العيني الحكومي على عامة الناس أو فئةٍ منهم كتوزيع الأراضي السكنية، وكذلك من خلال إعادة التوزيع النقدي الذي يُمارس في نطاق كلٍ من القطاع العام والخاص.
الثاني: الأبعاد الإقتصادية غير المباشرة لمبدأ التداول؛ حيث تم توضيحها من خلال التطرق لكل من الإدخار والإستهلاك والإستثمار، وما يتركه تداول الأموال فيها من آثارٍ إيجابيةٍ على النشاط الإقتصادي.
واعتمدت الدراسة على المناهج التالية: الوصفي والتحليلي والإستنباطي، وقد توصَّلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج لمبدأ تداول الأموال، سواءً أكان ذلك في الشكل المباشر لمبدأ التداول أو غير المباشر، أهمها ما يأتي: أولاً: الإسهام في الحد من تفاوت الفجوة الإقتصادية بين طبقتي الأغنياء والفقراء، ثانياً: الإسهام في تحقيق الإستقرار الإقتصادي للنشاط الإقتصادي في الدولة.
