Book Description
بدأ المؤلف كتابه بتمهيد تطرق فيه إلى تعريف الطواف, وتوضيح صفته, وأدلة مشروعيته, وذكر الحكمة منه, مبيناً فضله ومكانته. وفي الباب الأول من الكتاب والذي اشتمل على أربعة فصول كان الحديث في أولها عن أنواع الطواف وحكم كل نوع, حيث أفرد لكل نوع منها مبحثاً, تحدث في هذه المباحث عن كل نوع بالتفصيل ذاكراً حكمها وما يتعلق بها من مسائل. أما الفصل الثاني فاشتمل على ثلاثة مباحث تناولت أنواع النسك وما يجب فيها من الطواف بدءاً بالمفرد ثم القارن خاتما بالمتمتع. بعد ذلك تكلم المؤلف في الفصل الثالث عن شروط الطواف وواجباته, وهنا ذكر المؤلف للطواف ثمانية شروط وخمسة واجبات حشد فيها أقوال أهل العلم وأدلتهم ذاكراً ما ترجح لديه. ثم ختم هذا الباب بعقد فصل رابع للحديث عن سنن الطواف من الاضطباع, والرمل, واستلام الحجر, واستلام الركن اليماني, وغير ذلك من السنن. أما الباب الثاني من الكتاب والذي تكون من أربعة فصول تناول المؤلف في الفصل الأول منه مكروهات ومحرمات الطواف, فبدأ بالمكروهات وعد منها ست مكروهات منها على سبيل المثال التشبيك بين الأصابع, والأكل, والشرب, والكلام في الطواف وغيرها . ثم تناول بالذكر المحرمات فذكر منها الطواف بالبيت عرياناً, وطواف المرأة في حال الحيض, ولبسها للزينة, واستعمالها ما تقوى رائحته من الطيب, وغير ذلك من المحرمات. الفصل الثاني من الباب الثاني لهذا الكتاب خصصه المؤلف للحديث عن مسألة الشك في الطواف, فذكر حالات الشك وحكم كل حالة منها, وناقش أقوال أهل العلم في إحدى مسائل الشك في الطواف وهي حصول الشك في أثناء الطواف ذاكراً ما ترجح لديه في المسألة. ثم شرع المؤلف في الفصل الثالث وتكلم فيه عن حكم العاجز عن الطواف, وما حكم استنابة العاجز غيره ليطوف عنه, وإذا ما طيف بالمعذور محمولاً فلمن يكون الطواف للحامل أو المحمول؟ ليختم المؤلف كتابه بفصل رابع تحدث فيه عن استحباب دخول الكعبة, واستحباب دخول الحجر, والصلاة فيه والدعاء, وعن استحباب الشرب من ماء زمزم والتضلع منه.
