ملاهي الحب أوتار بؤس آلت في المساء إلى رفات، وما زلت تبدو غامضا كجهم الضباب بين يقين وأوهام السراب فقد جاءت قصة جديدة تحت قيظ هذه الشمس ووسط صقيع هذا الليل لتدل على أن الدنيا دُنيَا؛ وأنه ما من خطوة إلا وهي تثبت الحجة وتقيمها ليظل قانون الأرض الذي أرادته السماء الراسخ الضارب بجذوره في أرض الثوابت والمسلمات الكونية = إنه قانون الوجود الكائن فوق هذه البسيطة؛ الذي يصرخ في أرجاء هذا العالم ما كر ليل وما هجهم نهار: إن الدنيا دنية؛ وإن الأرض ضير؛ وإن الحياة حيرة = ومن ظن أن القانون يتبدل مع قدره فقد ظن المحال وتوهم ما لا يكون أبدًا ... وما هي إلا غفلة تعقبها صحوة؛ فإذا الأمل المظنون قد تجلى أمره عقيب الحوادث فإذا هو الناموس الذي ظنه الغر يتحول إلى نقيض تصرفه في الخلائق كما ظن الكثيرون على أرض هذه الفانية، فعاد بهم القدر إلى الإيمان بالقاعدة والوقوف طويلاً في خشوع المنكسرين أمام ذكرى سمادير أحلامهم التي سخرتهم حتى سَخِرَت منهُم!
