في هذه الحياة مشاهد متنوعة نُطلِق الأحكام على إثرها فنلعن غيرنا على صورة ظاهرة لم نتغلغل في أعماقها، نحن في مجتمع صعب المِراس، سيركلك إذا تمرّدت خارِج حدوده وعتباته، سيضعك أمام اختيار فاحش: القبول بالخضوع لمن هم أغنى منك مالاً وأقلّ منك أخلاقاً، حينها ستبيع قيمك وتشتري صكوك الانتقام بأثمان باهظة، ألا تعلم ما هي؟ لن أخبرك اكتشف الجواب وحدك بين ثنايا هاته الرواية التي ستُحلّق بك نحو عالم مجهول محجوب عن البسطاء، على الأقل تعرّف عليه لأنّك قد تتورّط فيه دون علمك، حينها ستتكوّن عندك صورة عمّا ستتخبّط فيه فتخرج بأقل الأضرار لكن لا تفرح لأنّ الضمائر تشوّهت والقلوب فقدت بوصلتها، أمّا العقول فتائهة بين المعاني.
