إن هذه الرواية تسلط الضوء على تغيير بيئة أجزاء من شعب، حيث تم نقلهم بشكل قسري ومفاجئ من بيئة جبلية بكل فصولها الجميلة المتمثلة بخضرتها اليانعة ومائها العذب وهوائها النقي وكثرة تنوع حيواناتها، إلى بيئة جرداء لا حياة فيها وغريبة عنهم مع التدخل في حرية حركة الإنسان بشكل صارم.
ولقد تعرضت أنا شخصياً إلى تلك التجربة المرة في طفولتي وأثرت في نشأتي وإختياراتي ولكن بشكل إيجابي، فأنعكس ذالك الرفض وعدم الرضا في لوحاتي التشكيلية وفي رواياتي، وكانت تلك الأعمال صرخة إحتجاج بوجه ذلك الضغط دون أن تنال مني ومن قيمي التي أمنت بها.
