في هذا الكتاب صورة لحكم كتبه وأصدره المستشار علي علي منصور في يونيه سنة 1951م، وقت كان رئيساً لمحكمة القضاء الإداري بمجلس الدولة بمصر، عُرف بحكم البهائية، وهي فرقة من الفرق المبتدعة التي خرجت عن الإسلام، ويعتبر معتنقها مرتداً عن الإسلام، واجب قتله. وقيمة القضية المالية كانت قليلة، ولكن المقصود منها محاولة الحصول على حكم يتضمن مشروعية وجود هذه الطائفة بدينها ونظمها، وبصحة عقد الزواج بين بهائي وبهائية. وأثناء نظر القضية أمرت المحكمة بتقديم الكتب المقدسة لهذا الدين المزعوم، فتبين منها أن أول داعية له إيراني كان مسلماً ويدعى "ميرزا علي محمد" ادّعى سنة 1844 أنه نبي ورسول يوحى إليه من قبل الله ليبدأ دورة دينية جديدة بعد أن نحى الدين الإسلامي وأصبح غير صالح للتطور: وسمي هذا النبي المزعوم نفسه (الباب)، وأنه جاء ليبشر بقدوم نبي ورسول بعده اسمه (البهاء)، ولما حاكمت الدولة العلية هذا الأفاق وأعدمته قام من بعده شخص يدعى "ميرزا حسين علي" ابن أحد وزراء إيران وأعلن في بغداد أنه الرسول المنتظر-فاعتقل وسجن في قلعة عكا إلى أن مات، وزعم أتباعه أنه هو الإله نزل إلى الأرض، وأن محمداً عليه الصلاة والسلام لم يكن آخر الرسل بل آخر الأنبياء فقط...
