والسؤال الإشكالي، إذا كان الوحي يستوعب مجمل تطورات المستقبل، فما هي طبيعة هذا الاستيعاب وتبعاته؟
وما هو الفرق بين الوحي والفقه من حيث امتداد والصلاحية لكل زمان ومكان؟
