هذه الأسس كانت حافزًا لأبحاثي الدراسية الواعية التي اعتمدت على مواصلة البحث في القرآن وأمهات كتب التراث التي وجدت في ثنايا صفحاتها بعض ما يتعلق بأنظمة الشرطة وأخبار الحسبة وأنباء العدالة والقضاء، وما يتصل بالأمن ويساند أهدافه كالاقتصاد الإسلامي والتكافل الاجتماعي وهذان من دعامات الأمن وسماته.
واخترت لمؤلفي عنوان "نظم الأمن والعدالة في الإسلام" فهو أمنية كل إنسان لحياة آمنة مطمئنة لينعم في ظلها برغد العيش في حاضره ومستقبله.
