ورداً على هذا حسب القارئ والباحث أن يطالعا هذا الكتاب فيعلمان حقيقة موقف الإمام الشعراني "رضي الله عنه" من حكام عصره. ولو ذهبنا لذكر أمثلة من كيفية تعامل الصوفية مع الحكام وإخضاعهم لحكم الشرع وإقامة العدل لضاق بنا الوقت والمجال, ولكن يكفي مطالعة تراجم من ذكرنا من الشيوخ وتراجم غيرهم في كتب الطبقات والتاريخ لتغيير هذا التصور المجحف عن حقيقة موقف شيوخ التصوف من قضايا إقامة العدل ورفع الظلم والدفاع عن المظلومين.
