نعيم صبرى روائى وشـاعر مصرى مقيم بالقاهرة . بدأ مسـيرته الأدبية بكتابة الشـعر وأصدر فى البداية ديوانى شـعر ، يوميات طابع بريد وتأملات فى الأحوال . اتجه بعد ذلك اٍلى المسـرح وكتب مسـرحية بئر التوتة ، وهى مسـرحية شـعرية موسـيقـية . كتب بعد ذلك مسـرحيته الشـعرية الزعيم ثم عاد فأصدر ديوان شـعر حديث الكائنات . بدأ نعيم صبرى كتاباته النثرية بكتاب عن سـيرة طفولته بعنوان يوميات طفل قديم ثم واصل كتاباته النثرية فأصدر تسـع روايات حتى الآن ، أحدثها رواية "وتظل تحلم اٍيزيس" ، التى صدرت فى 2009 عن دار نشـر مدبولى . درس نعيم صبري الهندسة الميكانيكية وتخرج من كلية الهندسة بجامعة القاهرة عام 1968. عمل في المجال الهندسي وفي الأعمال الحرة حتى تفرغ للأدب منذ سنة 1995. متزوج من السيدة نجوى يوسف وأب لابنة واحدة، .سارة صبري.

احذرا ان تخسرا فى اللعب شدت ريتا انتباه ماهر بشموخها الأرستقراطى وجاذبيتها السحرية حاول مرارا ان يفتح حديث معها. كان يتلعثم قبل كل محاولة يهم بها. هو لا يملك طلاقة تاكيس المدرب على حديث الزبائن بالإضافة الى طبيعة شخصيته المنفتحة. كالعادة، لا يستطيع الإقدام بسلاسة. متى يتجرأ؟ سأل نفسه فى ضيق وإحباط. أفاق من خواطره على طلب أورسولا للحساب. دفعت كل منهما حسابها ثم ودعتا تاكيس وماهر وانصرفتا مبتسمتين.شعر ماهر بالحسرة لانصرافهما قبل أن يستطيع فتح حديث مع ريتا فى محاولة لتوثيق التعارف
