عبد الإله بلقزيز كاتب مغربي معاصر حاصل على شهادة دكتوراة الفلسفة من جامعة محمد الخامس بالرباط.
ويشغل منصب أمين عام المنتدى المغربي العربي في الرباط، وهو أيضاً مدير الدراسات في "مركز دراسات الوحدة العربية" في بيروت سابقاً.
نشر مئات المقالات في صحف عربية عدة منها: الخليج والحياة والسفير والنهار.
كما صدر له واحد وثلاثون كتاباً.هو حاليا أستاذ في كلية الاداب و العلوم الانسانية ابن مسيك أستاذ الفلسفة في كلية الآداب والعلوم الإنسانية – جامعة الحسن الثاني – الدار البيضاء.
له مؤلفات عديدة، منها: - المسألة الوطنية الفلسطينية (1989) - زمن الانتفاضة (2000) - في الديمقراطية والمجتمع المدني (2000) - نهاية الداعية (2000) - الخطاب الإصلاحي في المغرب (1996) - الإسلام والسياسة (2001) - الدولة في الفكر الإسلامي المعاصر (2002، 2004) - تكوين المجال السياسي الإسلامي (2005)

قبل عشرين عاماً قدم المفكر العربي الدكتور عبد الإله بلقزيز دراسة نقدية مطولة تناولت أوضاع منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية "أزمة منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية: العوامل البنيوية الوطني الفلسطيني جامعاً بين الرصد التاريخي والرصد السياسي، وباحثاً في الواقع الراهن ومقدماً رؤى نقدية –تحليلية تشكل إضافات نوعية جديدة، وإن تكن دراسته السابقة المشار إلى عنوانها أنفا، "ما تزال تحيط بمجمل العوامل البنيوية التي أسست لأزمة العمل الوطني الفلسطيني" الذي يتطرق إليه في هذا البحث.
"ولعل ما يمكن أن يكون جديداً في هذا الكتاب" –كما يقول المؤلف نفسه- هو "محاولته مطالعة وجه جديد من وجوه أزمة المشروع الوطني الفلسطيني"... يتمثل في "إعادة إنتاج حركة حماس الأسباب ذاتها التي قادت هذا المشروع الوطني إلى المأزق".
