"النية" كتاب نالت به مؤلفته درجة الماجستير في الفقه الإسلامي المقارن من كلية الشريعة والقانون في جامعة أم درمان برتبة امتياز، ويأتي ضمن مشروع (مئة رسالة جامعية سورية) التي تعنى دار النوادر بنشرها.
موضوع هذا البحث بالغ الأهمية يدلنا على ذلك الحديث النبوي الشريف: "إنما الأعمال بالنيات" الذي عده بعض علماء السلف أنه يعدل ربع الإسلام. النية هي معيار تصحيح الأعمال وفسادها، وقد جعلها علماؤنا الأقدمون القاعدة الأولى من قواعد الفقه.
مهدت المؤلفة لكتابها ببيان معنى النية لغة وشرعاً، وبيان حقيقتها، وحكمها، ومحلها، وصورها، ثم ذكرت شروط النية، وأقسامها، وأقسام المَنْوِيِّ.
أتبعت ذلك بذكر أحكام النية في العبادات، ووقتها، وكيفيتها، ثم ذكرت أنواع المقاصد وأثر النية في المباحات، والعادات، والمحرمات. فذكرت مقصد الشريعة من النية، والسبب الذي من أجله شرعت؛ حيث إنها تحرر قصد العبد، وتجعله مخلصاً في جميع عاداته وعباداته. وفي آخر المطاف بينت أهمية وضرورة تحرير المسلمين لنياتهم، وجعلها خالصة لوجه الله الكريم كما كان عهدنا بسلفنا الصالح
