كما وضح علاقة الذكاء بالإضطراب التوحيدي وتحدث الكتاب عن الأساليب العلاجيه النفسيه والسلوكيه والعلاج البيئ والطبي وكذلك العلاج بالنظام الغذائي والعلاج بالفيتامينات كما كان للعلاج التعليمي تدخلاً واضحاً وبين الكتاب الإعاقات الأخرى التى قد تصاحب إعاقه التوحد.
