شكّل الإنتاج اللغوي موضوعاً رحباً للدراسات العلمية؛ إذ احتوته مجموعة من العلم، منها "علم الإتّصال" الذي ينظر إليه على أساس أنّه عملية إجرائية تقتضي التفاعل المتبادل بين المرسل والمرسل إليه وفق ضوابط معيّنة، ولكنّه يشترط في هذين الطرفين المعرفة الواعية بآليات التواصل التي تضمن هذا النشاط لكي تتحقّق الغايات المرجوّة. ومنها "البلاغة" التي تبحث في الإفادة التي يستلزمها هذا الأداء اللغوي وكيفيات تحقيقه في صورة مقبولة ومعرض حسن، حتى تضمن له القبولية.
ومنها أيضاً "التداولية" كعلم حديث ينظر إلى هذا الإنتاج على أساس أنّه فعل كلامي مبنيٌّ على مقصد معيّن، يوجّهه الموقف الإجتماعي الذي يوضّحه ويفسّره.
ومنه نلاحظ التبعيّة التي لا يمكن تجاهلها بين هذه العلوم في تفسير الأداء اللغوي، منذ أن يُنجَز من لدن المتكلّم إلى أن يصل إلى المتلقي، ويُحدث القبوليّة التي يقتضيها النظام اللغوي في البيئة المعيّنة.
وقد أخذ هذا الأمر بعض العلماء في تفسير العملية اللغوية، وإذا ما فتحنا خزانة التراث تلك الأفكار القيّمة التي قدّمها علماؤنا في مؤلّفاتهم لتفسير بعض القضايا التي تتعلّق بهذه التبعيّة.
ومن هذه المصنّفات كتاب "الصناعتين؛ الكتابة والشعر" الذي طرح فيه أبو هلال العسكري كثيراً من الآراء، تفسّر الإتصال اللغوي ضمن معطيات علميّة لها صلة مباشرة بالبلاغة وعلم الإتصال والتداولية؛ ولذلك اختارت الباحثة هذا الكتاب موضوعاً لعملها، من أجل الوقوف على رؤية صاحبه للإتصال اللغوي، والكشف عن الآليات التداولية التي تضبطه.
