(أيام في بابا عمرو) ليست رواية عن الثورة والوطن والبشر وهتاف الحرية وإرادة التغيير التي تفرزها عقود الصمت وحسب، لكنها رواية عن المفارقة الأساسية التي تصوغ مأساة السوريين منذ عقود، تلك المفارقة التي تصنع أرضاً للشعب وأرضاً للعسكر، دون خطوط تماس فاصلة لا في الحقوق ولا في الواجبات.
