ربيعة جلطي شاعرة جزائرية من مواليد الجزائر عام 1964، وقد نالت شهادة الدكتوراه في الأدب المغربي الحديث، وهى حاليا استاذة في جامعة وهران.
وكاتبة ومترجمة، لها خمس مجموعات شعرية.
أما تعتبر ربيعة جلطي راهنا من أهم الشاعرات الجزائريات فهي الوحيدة تقريبا من بين شعراء جيل السبعينات التي بقيت تكتب وتنشر مجموعاتها الشعرية، وهي كما تقول في بعض افاداتها الصحفية لم تكتب ضمن الجوقة السياسية لتلك المرحلة ولم تسقط في فخ التبشير الايديولوجي الذي وقع فيه الجميع متزوجة من الروائي امين الزاوي أصدرت العديد من الدواوين كان أولها ـ تضاريس لوجه غير باريسي

باشتغال يقوم على المزاوجة بين الذهني والتصويري وبلغة تجمع بين النثر والشعر يأتي نص الشاعرة ربيعة جلطي (النبيّة) فتستعير هنا مقترباً رمزياً قريباً من صورة الملائكة والأنبياء، وبنسقٍ رؤيوي تجريدي يقوده الغموض إلى مساحات جمالية؛ تكتسب نوعاً من الروحانية والقداسة عبر الزمان والمكان في عالم ممتلىء بأكداس من الرؤى الكونية والوجودية معاً، فلنستمع إلى الشاعرة ماذا تقول عن: اللغة والشعر والحياة الناطقة "كتبت قصيدة هذا المساء .. / بدت لي لعوباً .. / سيئة السمعة .. / مزقتها إرباً إرباً .. / غرتُ منها عليك / يا معشوقي من الشعراء .. معري ثالث الأحباس .. ورسالة غفرانك .. وصلت أخيراً للناس .. !! / شديد دقه على الباب .. هو المعري .. مبتسماً يمدّ لي رسالة الغفران !! " عبر هذا الفضاء الشعري الزاخر بالمعرفي والفلسفي تسترسل الشاعرة في هذا النسق الرؤيوي الذي سوف يأخذ نص (البنيّةُ) والشاعرة إلى آفاق وحدود غير معلنة. وهذا هو امتياز الشاعرة جلطي.
