تشمل هذه الدراسة جزأين من الأبحاث المترابطة، الجزء الأول يحتوي على البحث في المصادر العلمية، وعرض الأدلة ذات الصلة بالواقع بالواقع التاريخي والسياسي للوجود اليهودي في القدس عبر الحقب التاريخية المتعددة، ووضع حارة اليهود وأماكنهم المقدسة خلال مختلف العصور بما في ذلك منذ إحتلال القدس في سنة 1967 وليومنا هذا.
أما الجزء الثاني فيتضمن الحقائق والأدلة الموثقة ميدانياً، وتشمل لوائح وسجلات للعقارات وهويتها ضمن منطقة حارة اليهود الموسعة، وكذلك صوراً ميدانية وصوراً جوية وخرائط وثائقية.
"د. عدنان توفيق عبد الرازق" باحث وأكاديمي فلسطيني عمل قرابة العشرون عاماً في قسم فلسطين في هيئة الأمم المتحدة، نيويورك، ومحاضراً في عدة جامعات منها جامعة ميتشجن والجامعة العبرية وجامعة بيت لحم، له عدّة مؤلفات وكتب.
