تتناول هذه الدراسة، تحت عناوين عدة، علاقة عملية التجنيس السياسي التي تجري في البحرين، بالعملية الانتخابية، ومقارنة نظرية وتطبيقية بين قانون الجنسية البحرينية لسنة 1963 وتعديلاته وقانون الجنسية الكويتية لسنة 1959 وتعديلاته، وبخاصة فيما يتعلق بأحكام اكتساب الجنسية عن طريق التجنيس في كل من القانونين، والشروط المطلوبة لتطبيق تلك الأحكام طبقاً لكل من هذين القانونين وذلك لتشابه تتناول هذه الدراسة، تحت عناوين عدة، علاقة عملية التجنيس السياسي التي تجري في البحرين، بالعملية الانتخابية، ومقارنة نظرية وتطبيقية بين قانون الجنسية البحرينية لسنة 1963 وتعديلاته وقانون الجنسية الكويتية لسنة 1959 وتعديلاته، وبخاصة فيما يتعلق بأحكام اكتساب الجنسية عن طريق التجنيس في كل من القانونين، والشروط المطلوبة لتطبيق تلك الأحكام طبقاً لكل من هذين القانونين وذلك لتشابه الأوضاع السياسية والدستورية والظروف الإجتماعية في كل من البلدين
كما يتضمن هذا الكتاب دراسة قانونية نقدية مقارنة إلى قوانين الجنسية لبعض الدول العربية في ضوء سياسة التجنيس الأجنبي في البحرين وموقف القانون الدولي من حق الفرد في أن تكون له جنسية.
