هكذا انخرط الشعب اليمني في الثورة.. أرامل قتل ازواجهن في حرب ظالمة، ويتامى تسربوا من المدارس وصاروا قبل الأوان رجالا يعولون أسرهم، ومثقفون وعشاق للحياة يزرعون الأمل ويعدون الناس بغد أكثر عدلا. من أمام جامعة صنعاء اندلعت شرارة الثورة السلمية الشعبية، ولخصت "ساحة التغيير" أحلام الخلاص، وكانت أعلى تمثيلات الحالة اليمنية في الشوق إلى الحرية بحضور فاعل لنساء يحلمن بالتغيير، ويشاركن الرجال بندية في الثورة، قبل عسكرتها وسيطرة الأحزاب، لتكتسي المسيرات باللون الأسود
