جسدي مسجى على سرير أبيض، يموج في داخله كل شيء دون حراك، تشتعل ذاكرته بكل ما مر به طيلة خمسة وأربعين عاماً من تناقضات. جسد عاجز عن الحركة أو الاحتجاج. جسدي يتشظى من الذهول، مرارة اللحظة، ضعفها، رعبها، قسوتها، كان أكثر من احتمالي. هويت على الأرض. فقدت الرغبة في الدفاع عن نفسي. تلقيت الضربة تلو الأخرى في كل أنحاء جسدي، انهار كل جزء فيه. دماغي يفوز، يبقبق الدم منه بغزارة عى كامل ضعفي وهزيمتي... أنا لا أشعر بشيء غير تلك الكلمات التي نطقت بها: "لماذا الموت؟ اتركني أرحل". جميعنا متشابهات، وإن اختلفنا في جزئيات صغيرة... لذلك قررت أن أكتب. لا أبحث عن مسميات لما أفعله، مسميات لم تعد مجدية ما لم يواكبها تغيير حقيقي لكل ما نفعله، وأبحث بكلمتي - على الأقل - عن كل ما يمكنه أن يحدث تغييراً حقيقياً في مجتمع الوصاية الضاربة بكل قيم الحرية والعدالة والحق عرض الحائط. أبحث عن كل ما يمكنه أن يغير صوراً شتى مجففة بحق نساء ورجال على السواء، حرموا من حرية الاختيار، أمام الذهنية "الشبه جمعية" التي ترى نفسها آلهة وما عداها عبيداً عاقين!
