2- الحل من داخل نظام المدرسية نفسها، مع التعرض ﻷهم المشاكل داخل البيئة المدرسية.
3- الضغط على النظام لتغير نفسه
ثم ينتقل المؤلف إلى عرض قصص لنماذج واقعية خالفت النظام المدرسي ونجحت كالنظام الفنلندي وروعته وتميزه، ومنهج مدام مونتسوري الفريد في التعليم ، وغير ذلك.
