إن هذا الكتاب يستهدف فى المقام الأول دراسة عقائد المسلمين كما هى فى الواقع اليوم ، وستكشف لنا هذه الدراسة منذ بدايتها عن الاختلافات العقدية الشديدة بين الفرق ، والاعتراف بهذه الاختلافات المذمومة لا يعنى اليأس أو القنوط من وحدة المسلمين أو عدم المطالبة بتوحيد صفوفهم أو الإعراض عن مناشدة جميع المخلصين العمل على المصالحة بين أبناء الأمة لرفع الفرقة وإزالة الغمة والتحذير من ال إن هذا الكتاب يستهدف فى المقام الأول دراسة عقائد المسلمين كما هى فى الواقع اليوم ، وستكشف لنا هذه الدراسة منذ بدايتها عن الاختلافات العقدية الشديدة بين الفرق ، والاعتراف بهذه الاختلافات المذمومة لا يعنى اليأس أو القنوط من وحدة المسلمين أو عدم المطالبة بتوحيد صفوفهم أو الإعراض عن مناشدة جميع المخلصين العمل على المصالحة بين أبناء الأمة لرفع الفرقة وإزالة الغمة والتحذير من القطيعة بين اتباع هذا الدين ، ودعاة المسارعة إلى تكفير المخالفين وعدهم من الضالين المضلين والكف عن السخرية والتنابذ بالألقاب والامتناع عن اطلاق اسماء السباب كتسمية السلفية بالمشبهة الحشوية أو تسمية خصومهم بالمعطلة القدرية أو اطلاق اسم الرافضة على الشيعة الإمامية أو تسمية الصوفية بالبدعية القبورية أو نحو ذلك .
