وفي تلك المسرحية المدهشة والجميلة تتقدم وتصفو كل أحلام ذلك الكاتب العظيم ، وتتقدم معها تصوراته الفنية والأدبية . إن التبريزي المفلس الذي فقد ثروته يعي أن لدي الإنسان سلاحا آخر ، هو الخيال ، وبه يمكن للإنسان أن يغير الواقع أو على الأقل أن يراه كما يشتهي ، فيترك لخياله العنان ليتصور مائدة عامرة بكل صنوف الطعام ، وحين يشد رحاله إلي بلاد بعيدة ، فإنه يتخيل أنه أمير تتبعه قافلة محملة بكل شئ ، فتنفتح أمامه أبواب المدينة ، وتجري أموالها بين يديه ، فيوزعها على الفقراء . وهكذا يتمكن التبريزي – بالخيال – من تغيير الواقع وإقرار العدل . ألم يقل عالم الذرة أينشتين ذات مرة إن " الخيال أهم من المعرفة أحيانا " ؟
